Intipati yang terdapat di dalam taklimat tersebut : -
- Definisi – Unwelcome verbal, visual, or physical conduct of a sexual nature whether it is severe or persistent.
- Affects working conditions or creates a hostile work environment.
- Generally, occurs when there is a disparity of power – not just when men & women are working together.
- Therefore, its compulsary for employers to investigate claims of sexual harassment in a manner under section 81F of the Employment Act 1955.
